Argentina

One of the greatest pleasures of traveling is the opportunity to meet wonderful people. While crossing the border, we met some guys on motorcycles. They invited us to meet up with them at their home, so of course, we did.
An Argentinian BBQ never disappoints. These folks had amazing food for us to enjoy. And spending time with their families was terrific. Then we were invited to view the private car collection of a local gentleman. He was the first FORD dealer in all of Argentina. It was an amazing collection of unique, beautiful cars. Here are a few highlights.
We felt so fortunate to have been given this special opportunity. Making connections in new places is a true blessing. Thank you to the friends who made this possible for us.
Because I am trying to catch up on posts, I am going to sumarize and speed up the timeline a bit. Stay with us as we explore a little more of Argentina and then Bolivia. Then we will return to Chile for some big changes. Stay on board……..

Thanks for the encouragement. Writing this blog is still a love/hate balance, but I will keep it up for now. Glad to hear that you are on the move. Perhaps we can meet up again somewhere! Lets travel……
Emilie- I am so glad that our input was helpful. IOverlander has gone through some changes, growing pains and stuff. But it is still a top notch resource for mindful, frugal travelers. Keep moving on!
Glad you’re back!
Two years ago, I went on a long wander. I used iOverlander as I roamed about and found so many spots you had noted. Thanks for the help!
The people I met on the trip? The best.
I love seeing this back in my inbox. So thankful that we get to join you guys once again on your journey. Especially as I have started mine in the meantime.
